Man, i swear Ive looked everywhere, and I really can't find it. Please help.

Have you checked your manual? There should be an engine guide in there that will tell you.
If that's no good, try calling a VW dealer, and ask for hte service department. Any good service tech will walk you through it.

it is in a black bottle with a green cap on the pass side of the car by the coolant bottle. you will most likely need a screw driver to unscrew it. make sure you buy special vw power steering fluid.

engine off and funky is terrific. some automobiles have line if warm. if warm, point would be slightly greater advantageous than cool. while the engine if off the fluid locate its organic point no rely if the wheels are at the instant or no longer

it should have a green cap on the drivers side of the car.
it is towards the front of the car

It should be a reservoir/container similar your screen wash/engien coolant.
