i can assure anyone that i am simply a potential owner trying to find a breeder - of course i will meet breeders.

infact, i already have 2 cats and a dog so i know what im doing:P

and any breeder would only know a potential owner to a certain degree so i dont think it makes a difference if you first make contact via the internet:P

the reason i dont want recued kittens is becasue they dont adopt kittens out to people who live in flats and have more then a couple pets already - otherwise i would.

Oh gosh, you have been given a hard time!

You'll probably be spoiled for choice for kittens in a month or two when kitten season really starts - moggie & crossbred ones seem to be quite thin on the ground at the moment.

I've had a quick search but all I've found is an advert for an 8 week old ginger female kitten ... they don't want much for her, lol, they're only asking £220! Phew!

I'm not sure which websites you've already tried - but here are some that I consult (when I don't just type 'kitten for sale' & the location into a search engine)

http://www.kittenlist.co.uk/index.php?page=adverts&klv=64ff79ef8b11b885939c4b8f9b054787
(this one often does not give prices though)

(the only problem with this site is that you have to join if you want to respond to a brand new ad &, unfortunately, it's not free - though contact details for ads a couple of days old are free - the good thing though is that it shows a map & puts the location of the kitten concerned so you get a good idea where that strange sounding place is)

http://www.adtrader.co.uk/classhome.php?class_id=179&trader_id=9001&search_words=ginger
There are ginger kittens on here & at the right price - fingers crossed for you on the location.

However if you could get down to Cornwall then our local paper has an ad:

KITTENS x 4, 1 ginger, 1 black, 2 mixed, litter trained, good homes only; £10 each. Telephone 01326 572752

I think that telephone number is in Falmouth.

Hope that one of the sites leads you to the kitten that you're looking for ... good luck

What's wrong with animals in Shelter. I've got one who was beaten. Now she's in a home with lots of love and is coming on a treat.

you shouldn't buy from breeders, there are too many rescue cats and kittens needing good homes, i find animal breeding selfish, but im sure you have heard this from people before.

Do NOT reply to this people, you do not know who this person is. She could be anyone and certainly has not been vetted. Can you be certain your cat will go to a good home? Do not take a chance on her, she could be anyone.

Kittens are for giving, not for selling.
