Dark chocolate doesn't have a lot of fat or calories if eaten in moderation or, reduced fat Jello chocolate pudding. Yummy!

Dark chocolate is good, it has antioxidants and releases serotonin. So keep a small piece on hand. I hear you shouldn't drink milk with it, something about lowering that serotonin.
