I don't know what the pasta is called but it's cooked with cheese ....hehe.

One normal portion of pasta would be a handful amount , before you cook it anyway.. About 300 calories. two handfuls.. 600 calories. if you want to factor in the cheese look at the nutrition facts for one cup serving then multiply appropriately. Most people dont know but they overeat when they eat pasta. You put a big plate in front of you, your preconditioned to eat the whole bowl, thinking its one serving.

if it were only a plate of pasta it would be like 300 calories

however

adding cheese to it is like doing a suicide....many many calories!!!!

Cards; your body turns all those carbs into sugar. Might as well just eat a bowl of ice cream. Just talking about it got me hungry..... be right back. That bowl of ice cream was good. It's great being a guy. Being a fat guy doesn't really matter and guys don't have issues about their weight. It's unfair wouldn't you say.
