If he got that detailed, it doesn't sound like it was a brief comment made in passing. There are people who have that fetish. They like to do stuff in public. (It's a thrill knowing they could get caught). Sounds like he is one of them.

Easy, you know messing around a bit, bl*w jobs, ha*d jobs, f*ngering, e*ting out, hes not a perv or anytihng but since you two aren't ready for sex he just wants to spend time with you and do some romantic sexual stuff on the side. Go through the bases. =)

Just because you go out in public with him doesnt mean you have to act upon what he said, thats up to you if you choose to act on what he said. You should of said something to him when he said them things to you. You are in the relationship as well you are entitled to say how you feel about the matter

The only way to know is to ask him. Some guys joke about this, some just take a while to get up the guts. Tell him it made you uncomfortable, and he'll tell you if it's a joke or not.

Does he say this to you in your ear or say it outloud, or tell you he will do it to you in front of everyone? I'm confused! Saying it in your ear would be a total turn on and be totally acceptable. Saying it outloud in front of people or trying to do it in front of people is just rude and gross. If he says he will make you horny in public and whispers it in your ear, that is ok, great even. A total turn on. But the other things would be creepy and not acceptable.

No one can tell you if he was joking or not. If he makes you uncomfortable telling you these things, you should be honest. Spending your life being uncomfortable without speaking up is no way to go about things.

If you hang out with him and he doesn't do it, he is definitely joking. Maybe you should confront him about it, and let him know that it makes you uncomfortable.
