if we had sex and she is on birth control, we did it about 4 days before her period and i didnt go inside of her . . what are the chances of her being pregnant?

My best friend got pregant when she was a teenager in the same situation as yours, she got pregnant from the precum. It is very possible

Very low if she is using her birth control as directed from her doctor. Use a condom if you want to be extra safe or if you think she may be missing pills every now and then.

the chances of her birth control failing and just like 1 MAYBE 2 sperm getting to the egg.. 1/10000 not very likely is my point. stop freaking out.

I think that it is pretty slim. That is if she takes her birth control regularly. It might be a smart idea to invest in some condoms and use them.

not very high, ovulation tends to happen right after the period is over. 4 days before would mean there is nothing for the sperm to "attack" because at that point she had already obviously started her cycle.

Almost none existant. The pill is 99.9% of the protection and since you didn't ejaculate inside, I am sure she isn't. If you really want 100% protection, wear a condom.

50/50 chance. Use condom next time. I have two nieces because of that same scenario.
