I like to take the bone out and stuff them with garlic soft cheese and then wrap with either bacon or parma ham and bake in a medium oven for 3/4 of an hour...... Then serve with mushroom sauce. Yummy .... I havent tried doing it with bone in but presume it would be the same but a quicker cooking time as the bone conducts heat.
You can also try chicken breasts stuffed with a piece of steak and fried mushrooms and a coating of pate and wrapped in bacon. Nice too ................

My family has a great recipe that uses soy sauce. I don't even know the name, but it makes a dark, sticky sauce and my boys have always called it "Gross Chicken" lol. It is good on any chicken parts, especially wings for appetizers.
1/2 cup cooking wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic.
Mix above in a measuring cup. Stir well and pour over chicken pieces in a baking dish. Bake 350 for about an hour.
I serve this with frozen egg rolls, easy, and fried rice that I make.
I hope you enjoy it.

after dipping in egg wash, bread with Zatarains fish batter, place thighs skin side up in baking pan. Mix 1 can (fat free) cream of celery soup with 1/2 can water and pour over top of chicken. Bake in oven at 325 until juices run clear. Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie. You can also use (fat free) cream of celery soup with 1/2 can of water as a healthy gravy on the potatoes. You can also pan fry the chicken (without the soup)

Remove skin and place thighs in "crock-pot" (slow cooker) with can of condensed cream of celery soup and 1/2 amount of water recommended on can directions for soup. Cook slowly for several (about 2) hours until tender, stirring occasionally to keep pieces covered with the soup. The same can be done using condensed cream of mushroom soup (and probably other condensed "cream of" soups).

Fast & easy quesadillas:
Fully cook the meat, shred with forks, and mix with taco seasoning and a little oil. Microwave for a few minutes.
Spread meat on a flour tortilla placed on a baking sheet. Cover with shredded cheese and place another tortilla on top.
Place in oven at 400F and bake for about six minutes, longer if you like them crunchy. Cut with pizza cutter.
