The best way is to just stop looking and enjoy your life. I kept looking for a long time and get getting jerks until one day I just gave up looking and decided I didn't care if I found someone I was going to live for me. I met my husband during this time and we fell in love and got married. We have been together for almost 5 years now and I wouldn't trade him for any body. The funny thing is that he was never the type of guy I usually would have gone for which is probaly why we are still togther.

Well roxy, you look very foxy,so that shouldn't be a problem. If you "Just" looking for a partner, that's a no brainer. But if your looking for a soul mate that's entirely different. There are a million ways to meet people. There is no tried and true method. But I can tell you that you will probably meet the person who you've dreamed of meeting when you least expect to, and in the most unlikely place. So keep your eyes open, and follow you intuition.
At least that is how it happened for me.And that is what usually makes the story of "how you first meant" so endearing.Good luck.

If u want a good clean cut down to earth guy? The the profile has to show that. Example when posing for your picture don't pose like you want them real bad. Cause all your ganna get is some jerk who only cares about your body and not the person. Make the photo simple. I have been going to My Space and they have single people in there left and right. Word of caution lots of stalkers like this sight. Oh yea do not make your self so available that any scum bag with a cool car wash board abs cell phone baggy pants dope smoking sleez ball will hit up on you.

go on a dating site, otherwise you can spend years hoping to meeting someone in Tescos. Try it, avoid any man who:
Has a picture with his shirt off
Wears a football shirt
Looks weird
Other than go for it, there are some great people out there

I went to a party at a hotel on New Year's Eve 1992, and I was 18 years old. The party got busted up early so I went to my church's lock-in (it's true, I swear). I saw the prettiest girl I had ever seen, and we went on our first date the next night. 11 years and two kids later, we're still together!

Met my husband on ICQ - 7 years ago- had given up and was NOT looking for anybody, just bored and a friend had told me about it. Anyway, met my soul mate from 1500 miles away. I was very cynical at first but we're so much alike it's incredible.

My friend was driving me home, some of his friends were driving behind us. We had an accident (he wasn't driving badly!) and the bloke driving the other car rescued me and took me home. We were together 2years, its the most random way I've meet someone so far!

Make as many friends as humanly possible. Even if you dont' really like them. Why? Because your chances of meeting that someone will be greater if you know lots of friends, who inturn will introduce you to new friends and so on.
