i weigh 225lbs, and i want to get down to 180lbs. How many months will it take to lose 45lbs? And would any trainer be interested in giving me, a diet plan through email?? PLEASE!!!!!

You can lose 1-2lbs a week safely. So that is about 8lbs a month. I would say 6 months and you can be to 180. Eat healthy. 2500 calories a day, good food, water. Exercise 4-5x a week and weight train 3x a week. Do high reps and light weight, you will be fine. Good luck.
