yes they are. And thanks to Elmo my bathroom was colored from top to bottom with a purpl permanat Sharpee marker. My son said look mommy elmos world!! he was so proud of himself. So to remedy this I got him a big package of sidewalk chalk and told him that that is what Elmo uses and now his room is completely covered in chalk, but he does know the difference between chalk and markers now.

How funny. I remember having the same kind of thoughts watching children's programming...both as a kid watching, and watching over the shoulder of children as I became an adult. (Why *is* a 4-year old bald?) So you're not alone.
As for answering your child when he says Elmo's being bad, you can say that Elmo's really lucky. He lives in a special house for little monsters only where you can write on things. (I'd also ask him if he wished he could visit Elmo's house and write on things, too!)
That's the nice thing about a child's imagination...anything goes! 4-year olds can be bald, children can be blue or have rectangular heads, animals can talk, wear clothes, and live like humans, and inanimate items can talk, sing, and sometimes dance. It's good that children's programming doesn't have to make sense...they'll brush up against the reality of the world soon enough!

I'll give you the Caillou thing, I can't stand that show and yes it's weird that he's bald. But Elmo, it's "Elmo's World", I think it's cute. It's his imaginary place where he gets to draw everything and make it the way he wants it. I don't think of it as him drawing on the walls, but him drawing the walls to make up the room. Anyway, take care.

Hello,
There are many factors that can attribute to hair recession or massive hair fall and you need to find out which one exactly is responsible for the problem you are having now. Of course male pattern baldness is still the most common cause, but, for instance, if you are a woman things are deinitely different! This is the reason why you will need to really dig down and see the source of your problem.
Other causes of hair loss may include (both in men and women): severe mental or emotional stress, excessive use of coloring or bleaching agents, traction alopecia or excessive strain on the scalp due to braiding or corn rowing, hormonal changes, alopecia areata or hair loss due to autoimmune diseases, and many more. Each of these conditions will require a different approach in order to achieve success regardless of whether you're going to be using conventional or natural methods.
In my opinion it's much better to use natural methods as opposed to conventional ones, they're cheaper, have less to no side effects, and often more effective.
A good way of regaining your full head of healthy natural hair is well described on this guide: http://hairagain.toptips.org
Cheers ;)

Yes, Caillou always reminded me of Charlie Brown...
Personally, I can't stand Elmo.. I think he's evil and corrupting our children... but I digress...
I often wonder about Dora.. I mean whose parents would let their young girl travel into the jungle with a diseased red boot weraring monkey???

Yeah, I found that strange about Elmo too. It was rather annoying, but now I wonder it was done to show it's make believe? Like a big coloring book - not real. I dunno...it's not like any of the viewing audience would even grasp that.
No Cailou here. The voice is way too annoying!
