I saw a man clipping his nails in church, and then he proceeded to give out The Sacred Host which is Communion without washing his hands to fellow parishoners.
This is so sick.

It's impolite in American culture to do it, so people should not do it on American trains, so matter what culture they come from.

Yes! A couple of months ago I was in a movie and this guy in the row in front of my started clipping his nails in the middle of the movie! I couldn't believe it! People are so rude.

Obviously, it isn't. I've seen places where they do far worse though. People spit snot-filled stuff on the trains at times. Finger-nails --- no big deal.
