hell am I doing at this job. Why having I been hanging out with these friends? Why am I at school? Its kinda weird and kinda uncomfortable. Its like I have been sleeping for a long time and have just let things happen to me. Im not happy with the way things have been but it just seems like for a long time I have checked out. How do I stop myself from doing this? Im wasting time.

You are going through a rough time and you need to seek help. Go out, visit friends, go out for dinner, movies etc. Try to not get depressed because that is life. There are some problems everyone has and will remain with you all the time. You just have to accept that is life. For example going to school, there are many ppl who dont like to go to school. but you know what that is life. Till up to a certain grade you have to go to school wether you like it or not. Then after you become an adult it is your choice. Same thing goes with other simple things in life. You need a boost. So talk to someone you trust and hopefully you will feel better.

Yes. I was heading toward a mental breakdown. It isn't nice either. I drove alot of people out of my life and stopped going to my job. I dropped off the face of the planet to most people that had been in my life. I still don't have any friends. But I do have what is important, my family.

My advice to you is to go to a psychologist straight away. Tell that person everything that you are thinking and feeling. Their advice will serve you better.

But no, you aren't alone.

I've been there, it's just second thought and doubts sometimes it's your insticts, sometimes you can ignore then some times it's best to listen.
