Unix simulator or virtual os?

i do not want to install the linux but i want to run all sell programs (.sh) and c (.c) program in same simulator so plz plz plz sugest me the best software plz .

Cygwin (-> http://www.cygwin.com ) delivers a complete Linux-like environment for Windows. Including the bash shell, the GNU Compiler collection for C and C++, all the standard Linux/UNIX tools. You can even install an X Window server for Cygwin and run graphical Linux/UNIX programs with it.
