My boyfriend and I ate at this new lounge by his house the other day and LOVED it. It is a new place and you can tell that they are ust starting out. I hope they make it!
Anyways, i would like to send them an e-mail telling them about our experience there...what is a good way to start the letter?

I just wanted to write and tell you about our recent dining experience at your lounge.
My boyfriend and I had an outstanding meal, the service was impecable, and the entire visit was just tremendous.
