That is easy: best friend.
Can't you have both, though? If absolutely not, go with the best friend. If you choose the cute boy, you're basically proving something: you are shallow and don't know what friendship is. A best friend is hard to come by, and is a very valuable part of your life. I've had the same best friends for 15 years! Odds are the cute boy is not going to last. He'll ditch you eventually for the next cute girl, and even if he doesn't, good looks do not last forever. Don't be shallow and go for something unimportant like "cuteness." Be more mature and maintain the friendship. That is what is going to do best for you in the long run.

LISTEN TO YOUR FRINEDS, THEY ALWAYS KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR U, AND IT DOES HELP IF THE FRIEND DOES LIKE THE BOY ALSO, AS A FRIEND, EVERYONE NEEDS TO GET ALONG..
