Do people think God looks like the pictures we accept as Jesus or does he have a totally different look.

first off Jesus didn't look like all those pictures u see in church or any other religious place look where he came from he wouldn't have been white lol he would have looked like an Arab now before all the nuts start saying he was white i say this if he was white then why did the high priest need Judas to point him out to them ?
now as for god we don't know what he looks like he has never ever shown him self in human form he was always a burning bush or a pillar of fire in fact the Jews thought it was very disrespectful to put him in a human form so they said he was a spirit.

The widely accepted portrait of God/Jesus is generally what people like to believe He looks like. No one can say for sure. God/Jesus can look any way you like Him to. If He is best portrayed as a waterfall in the middle of a beautiful setting then that is what He is, every person can choose a personal image of what Jesus/God looks like, I'm sure He won't mind!! Whatever best represents Him to you.

God is a Spirit.. Jesus is God in the flesh. Jesus said if you have seen me you have seen the father..but I don't necessarily believe Jesus looks exactly like the pictures we see today..I think he has many "looks" .

I am a Chrisitan who has a spritual relationship with God. And it is through that relationship that I know my place with Him. I also know that I in no way am worthy to ever set my eyes upon Him or dare to guss as to what He looks like. I do know that He is the Almighty God of whom I am not worthy to look upon HIm, but I humbly serve Him.
There will be a day when i shall meet the Almighty God, and it will be then that I will follow His instructions as to whether or not I can look upon Him.

Jesus(pbuh) is not my God , he is a prophet for us......And i m offended by that pictures which peoples relate to him !!
And have no idea Of my God , The Almighty what He looks like !!

The truth is that God's formless without any form. he's everywhere and yet not. what I mean to say is that God is present everywhere and the means of saying yet not is that he's invisible. and is you prefer God in a form than imagine God in that form and put your faith in God because God is all powerful. if you worship and love the Lord than God will love you as much. you know our lives are granted to us souls because in reality we are souls wandering and God grants us bodies to born and grow up and chant His name and that's the main purpose of life. we are born to chant Lord's name as much as we can. we should also thank God for other reasons because God grants human bodies to us because of all the creations of our Lord. Human body is the most brilliant work of God. Because humans are able to everything, they can live on land, trees, swim in deep water, fly(by making flyable machines by using our brains which in fact no other species is capable of doing successfully) express how they feel, when we are in pain or when we are feeling positive. humans are able to everything. just imagine that can other species, animals, birds can tell when they fell pain? can they? obviously, no. for example, the meat we eat regularly as our food, can you imagine that the chicken, pork, the beef that we eat, where did it come from and in what kind tremendous pains were those helpless animals were in when they were being tortured to be killed to so that they can be readied on our food tables? take a minute and think about it. i am not saying that to make you think that maybe that's an animal lover. i am saying that because i mean have you ever thought about those animals and birds that are killed so we can eat them.

Well, I think JESUS looked like an arab/israeli. He certainly did not have blonde hair and blue eyes.
As far as God - I have no clue, but Im sure hes beautiful.
