The way I see people train at curves for 30 minutes, I would say the equivalent they are doing is less than a 12 minute mile, so probably 250-350 calories per session at best.

It's supposed to be an hour long work-out in 30 minutes. It combines strength training with aerobic exercise. The number of calories you burn would depend on how fast you're moving the machines and on what activities you do when you're not on the machines. It's a pretty good work-out in my experience. You may not lose gobs of weight really quickly but you will lose inches and you will be doing it in a healthy way.

depends on what u do. go to calorie-count.com it has a calorie calculator to tell u how much burn depending on how much u weigh (yes that matters) and what exercise u did
