Check out Joyce Vedral's Fat Burning Workout. When I did this workout, I got ripped!!! It's very high energy(not as easy as it seems at first glance). It's definitely a challenging workout!

You need to exercise well while working out. Do 15 reps 3x with a set weight that by the 15th time makes you happy to be done with it. When it starts getting easier, instead of adding weight, do more reps. Don't do more than 20. When you get to 20 reps, then increase the weight and go back to 15 reps and start over. Exercise 4-5, workout 2-4. good luck!!

If you are looking to burn fat in a quantity more than toning, then you should focus on aerobic activity and not anaerobic activity. Aeoribic activities will burn more calories in a shorter period of time. Use the anaerobic activity to build muscle, this will elp you burn the fat more efficiently. Just using weight lifting won't burn off the fat and unlike what most people think, fat does not become muscle. Fat and muscle are different and do not become one or the other.

the weight should be low enough that it adds resistance to the movement without it being too hard to lift and the # of reps should be around 15
