Yes you can. You can go to an allergy specialist and they can test you to see if you are allergic to rabbit fur. And if so they can give you shots to strengthen your immunity to it.

Usually its the animals dander that you are allergic to thats attached to the fur. I doubt you would be allergic to fur on a coat since the fur is cleaned before being attached to a coat.

You can be allergic to about 36 different things, I think it was 36 needles that they stuck in me
