Nope - diet pills are not designed to work long term since you never learn to change your diet habits.

The problem I've had with diet pills is that the first week they take your appetite away and you nearly have to force yourself to eat. Which is fine with me, that way I concentrate on eating all the right foods. But after that the pills seem to loose their ability to suppress my appetite. I am 5 foot and weigh 138, have been trying to loose 20 pounds for 3-4 years. The only thing that dropped the scales was when I walked on the treadmill. I wasn't even consistent with my eating habits. If I would just pare down the calories and walk 30 minutes(which was 3 miles or more)
I know I'd drop. They say you can walk 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there. As long as its 30 min total. I'd rather go dancing , but I live inTexas and around my town there are only country western bars. Go to the mall and walk, lots of people do it! Good luck!

....yes diet pills do work!!.....at first i use to belive they din't but after my brothers friend tried them helost 100lbs in 8 months!!
I mean ofcourse it does have to do with excercising and eating healthy meals! But after I saw the weight melting away from his body I was convincced that they worked. However they can be addicting. At times he went 3 days straight without consuming nothing but water. At some extend he threw up blood a couple of times....but that;s because he was abusing the pills. Take them as directed and you'll be fine. He used " hot rox". You can buy then at any GMC store.

One of my friends got inspired by his weight lost so he tried it as well. But he said " hot rox" were much of a slow process. So after he tried them for a month he moved to " hydroxi cut" and yes he definitly lost weight faster. Much Faster.

Again these are real stories from my friends!! I myself am going to take some for the spring to loose some weight for the summer.

Hope my advice worked.
-Hot Rox
-Hydroxicut

does are the only two diet pills i recomend because I saw living proof that they do work.

Good Luck and hope all goes well for you.

NO NO NO bad Idea for humans good for those selling them. What they do is increase the thermogenic effect of your body at the same time they speed up your heart. if you want to try eating hot peppers iuts the capain in them that will raise the thermogenic effect. Much better to go for a brisk walk in the early AM 40 mins and then eat sensably 6 small meals well balanced. if you e-mail me at rcbfitness@yahoo.com I will send you a list of good foods to eat and with them and the brisk walk you should start to loose unwanted fat.

No, diet pills do not work. the only way to lose weight is to eat healthy and exercise. If they worked no one would be overweight
