How can I make a snow man?

Can you explain it to me please...I've tried many times before and I never got it.

You need sticky snow, when the temperature is around +1 celsius, then make a small ball with your hands, then you roll the ball in the snow to make a bigger one. Repeat 2 more times, put the 3 big balls on top of each other, then you take a carrot for the nose, an old scarf & a hat. Bingo you have a snow man
