oh yeah... Christian bashing... that's mature.
no one judges you on what you believe... so why attack others? dork.

I do not believe it is possible for life to exist on any other planet. Here's why.
1. On earth oxygen comprises 21% of the atmosphere. If oxygen were 25% fires would erupt spontaneously; if it were 15 percent human beings would suffocate.
2. If the atmosphere were less transparent, not enough solar radiation would reach the eath's surface. If it were more transparent we would be bombarded with far too much solar radiation down here.
3. If the moon-earth gravitational interaction were greater than it currently is, tidal effects on the oceans, atmosphere, and rotational period woudl be too severe. If it were less, orbital changes would cause climatic instabilities. In either event life on earth would be impossible.
4. If the Cabon Dioxide Level were higher than it is now, a runaway greenhouse effect would develop (we'd all burn up). If that level were lower than it is now, plants would not be able to maintain efficient photosynthesis (we'd all suffocate)
5. The gravitational pull coudln't be any different for life to exist here on earth. If the gravitational force were altered by 0.0000000000000000000000000000... percent our sun would not exist, and therefore, neither would we.
There are 122 of these points. Would you like me to continue? However like others have said. It will not shatter my faith if it is found because God never said there is only life on earth.

I'd ask where you pulled this question out of, but I already have an pretty good idea. Christians are not some homogenized mass of tapioca. . .there are as many different viewpoints and opinions as there are Christians. Don't try to generalize and say that we "all" believe something when we obviously don't.
I have no idea of whether or not there is life on other planets. God didn't send me a fax, letting me know one way or the other. But I *do* know this: finding other lifeforms in the universe won't shake my faith in either His existence or His creative genius.
It will only confirm what I already know. . .He is the Lord of all.

Logically speaking, if God could created life on earth, he can also create life on other planets. So your assumption that Christiansw do not believe in life outside of earth is not accurate.
What we know about the universe is so little compare to the vast space out there. Man created here, so man can also be created out there.
Jesus himself said there are many mansion in the Father's kingdom, perhaps those mansion he mentioned, is what we called other planets, who knows?

If there is life on other planets, or elsewhere in the universe, it was created by the same God who created all of us and our world. I have no problem believing there may be other planets with a solar system and life such as ours. After all, we don't hear anything about Jesus between ages 12-30 years old. He could have been there! :)

I am a Christian and I have never read in the bible that there isn't life outside of earth. In fact I do believe in life in other dimensions such as heaven and hell. This subject has nothing to do with Christianity, its not biblical.

Life elsewhere in the universe does not negate Christianity. Jesus came to us here on earth. We do not know what has happened elsewhere in the universe, but you can be sure, God does know.

God created the universe. What makes you think we Christians don't think there may be other lifeforms out there He created?

Actually, it's in my Christian beliefs that God created worlds without number, and I can't imagine there not being life somewhere else out there.
