i would like to ring something like that about stuff like being bullied(but bullying seems like part of life so that doesnt matter to much) and feeling suicidle and self harm do you know a number i can ring?

just dial "0" and ask the operator to put you in touch with a crisis line. There is no national help line, but most regions of the country now have local crisis lines.
