I will be getting married at our local courthouse. It will just be me and my husband (and a witness).
I won't be getting married in a big formal wedding gown.
I was more thinking about a regular floor length dress.
Does anybody have any ideas or suggestions?
Maybe some good webistes to look at?
Thanks in advance for your answers!

There are a bunch of great places to go look (department stores like JCPenney and Macy's for example), but another great place to look is at any wedding boutique. Ask for where their 'destination gowns' are - meaning the ones brides buy who are getting married on like a cruise or somewhere they have to fly to. The dresses tend to be less expensive because they're not as flashy because they have to fit in a suitcase.

I got married on the beach, and decided to go with a formal dress as opposed to an actual wedding gown, and I bought it from Dillard's. They have an amazing selection that isnt really expensive. Good luck in your choice, and best wishes for the wedding!

I have a few suggestions!!!
Dresses are always cute at your local department stores (i.e. JcPenney, Macy's, Nordstroms)!!!
Or, go onto GOOGLE.COM and search keywords: regular floor length dress simple
Then, just skim through some of the choices google gives you. Tada!!!
You can also type in the same keywords on other search websites (i.e. Yahoo, AOL, msn)
Hope this helps! Hope your wedding turns out to be a blast!!!

It depends on where you live but I would recommend www.alfredangelo.com. Several of my friends have dealt with them in addition to myself and they are great. You can also try www.davidsbridal.com and www.jessicamcclintock.com. All three have what they call "destination" or informal dresses. Alfred Angelo would be my #1 pick.
You can also go to www.theknot.com and do a search for dresses. Under the advance search you can limit the cost and pick the style. Good luck on finding your perfect dress and a wonderful future.

I don't know what the website was, I just went to yahoo and did a search for eden's informals, I saw some there that I thought were wonderfully elegant and not poofy.
