No! You don't know who this person really is! Why are so many people asking questions like this? Do none of you watch the news? It is dangerous to assume that anyone you have met on-line is the person that they claim to be.

NO!!!.. i cant stress this enough... a person u met online isnt nessecially the person u will b meeting when u get of that plane.
a very close friend of mine did exactly this, she met a guy online and moved far away from her friends and family to b w/ him... long story short..he was abusive and b/c she didnt have anyone there to stand up for her, he hit her and treated her as he pleased, he doesnt work nor has an education, but she does (evenwhile she was pregnant)... now they have one son and other one on the way... i am not saying that every person u meet online is a creep but u just have to b careful and not relocate.

yes I would... I believe that real love can start any where.. It is best to really know the person and at least talk to them on the phone for i'd say at least 6 months to a year to find out if this is someone that you would want to make the move for.. real love knows no bounds and people are often times closed minded to see if someone could actually be good for them because they met them on line... not every person in the world is crazy and if you use your intuition and good judgment then there is nothing wrong with this :) :) :)

I would if the guy was everything I was looking for and If you have kids is that person is a good influence for them. I met my boyfriend of 2yrs on-line and we are talking about moving together when he comes home in October from Iraq. You have to consider jobs in the relationship. I have traveled to Georgia where he is stationed and to New York to visit his Little girl and family while he has been away. It all depends on you and what level your relationship is at.

I would not do this unti l was sure that this person was worth the trip. I don't agree with meeting someone online and just up and moving before even meeting them in real life. I met my ex-husband online. We spent 5 years apart, with scattered visits here and there, before he moved to live with me. My time with him was some of the best times I'd ever had and I am so glad I met him. If you have found someone, regardless of what state or country they are in, and you are sure that they are perfect for you, go for it. Love knows no borders.

I'd travel first to see if he's really as great as he talks. Then, if u decide to take it further, move. but ONLY if you're sure. moving is a big deal without running the risk of heartbreak on top of it.
