We have come so far in our world and our civilization. We have the means to do great things. Why is Eden better? I don't want to go back to the days prior to the tree of knowledge.

The Garden of Eden is not Paradise. Paradise no longer is in business. That is where those of The Faithful who died befor Jesus walked the earth waited for Him to come and take them to Heaven. Which He did when He left His Mortal body on The Cross........... The Garden of Eden still exists but is hidden from us and garded so that none may enter even if they did find it.

If mankind would quit mucking around with God's science and starte using it as God intended we could make our own Garaden.... but we just foul up the earth with our abuse of science.

Correct me please if I'm wrong, but I thought Eden was here on Earth. And I wouldn't wanna go back to the days prior to the knowledge tree either.

Im usually not rude, but you have a very shallow mind if you think that the perfect place that God creates for us is going to be worse than what we have built.

Nothing man has built can compare to the Grand Canyon, National Forests, Oceans, Beaches, and the beauty that is the earth.

I cant wait to see what paradise will look lile.

It is? I sure would like to see the pictures. I always though Eden was a place in an allegorical story in the bible.

Let's see, no work required for food, no death/murder/illness, probably complete use of our brains (we use a small percentage of it at best now), easy communion with God.... There's a reason angels were stationed outside to keep adam and eve from going back in, and it's not because life was better on the outside.

Because there wasn't evil. As in the death of you love one, or sickness or accident. Beside who said that if we wen't back to that we wouldn't have technology and cars ect. Probably we would have exactly cars but you get the point. Remeber it took almost 6000 year to created an ipod. If people didn't die from the start we could be in the jetson right now.

You make it sound like if we were perfect human beings we wouldn't be able to create technology. There's nothing wrong with technology - or learning, etc. But if we were perfect human beings, our minds would be able to fathom much more than the technology we have today. Who ever said we would have to go back to living primitive lifestyles to attain paradise?
