the last few day's I've felt emotional,on edge, angry, and hurt. I don't really know why, every little thing is pissing me off, or hurting my feelings. I havnt felt like this that often, but I feel like I need a break, and it doesnt look hopefull for that anytime soon. Any suggestions on how to cheer up?

I'm 25, my babies are 4 and 16 months, and I'm not on med's I don't need them, I'm in therapy for P.T.S.D and I've come off my meds, I dont' need them anymore. I really don't. I'm just going through a grumpy phase, I think it happens to us all. I just need some advise on how to cheer up.

Hey Superbird, everyone gets downdays you know? Obviously my Dr. took me off the meds, for good reason, because I don't need them. I'm having a down day, EVERYONE gets downdays, whether they have p.t.s.d or not. I asked a question, that wasnt the answer I was looking for. I wanted to know of suggestions for what I could do to make me feel better. Its been 2 days, I am feeling better already. I just needed to talk.

Premenstruel syndrome?
I have no answer to that. For the rest, long hot baths with a lot of bubbles, massage your feet wit cool creams, lay on your back and listen to your favourite music.. Swimming and singing also cheers me up.
A typical dumn Julia Roberts female movie, crying,..

You don't always need a long break. Try to find your own little defenses to sad moods.

What helps too for me, is standing before a mirror and looking at myself crying. It lets some stress out, And resting. But with tiny children you have, that must be not too easy. Try to sleep decent and have enough babysupport so you find you again.

Well, how old are you? It depends… what meds are you on, what environment are you living in and what your husband did to you.  - There are several answers to this problem. Of course you will never know unless you get diagnosed. You have classic symptoms of “depression”. It can be handled and even cured. You do not sound “that” bad from what I can gather. So go get diagnosed, and that is your best answer. However, remember this, delete anything out of your life that makes you unhappy. That includes pets, friends, and or whatever else it can be. Remember, to be unhappy is a choice. You do not have to so why be? Take life easy, and don’t take it so seriously. Besides you will never get out of it alive….
