Masturbation is NORMAL process in which there is manual or mechanical stimulation of the sex organs for the purpose of sexual gratification. It is usually accompanied by sexual fantasies, as far as American Psychological Association states. I think that it is definitely something that we all do. It helps us find who we are and what we like. Your own personal religious views may tell you that it is wrong, but come-on, you only have a few decades to enjoy..... Why not!!!!

WAY OF RELEASING YOUR SEMENS if your level of it are high
in your body,IT CONSISTS OF BILLIONS OF BLOOD CELLS & the release of them can lead to low energy by which we can feel
bad or low.Sometime the non release of the semens also leads to high level of energy which leads to frustrations if you don"t have anything else to do.Devil or god is not involved only the state of your mind.

masterbation definetely decreases the energy which you could utilize to develop your brain .
proton is in the head and neutron is in the spine base , semen is only the way to flow the current from the base to mind. that energy helps in the development of brain.it is the scientific way of the explanation of geeta . as sex is a selfish activity should not be done for self but should be used only for producing childrens.
