Help, I'm "trapped" inside a Virtual PC window - how to get back to Windows?

I know there was a keyboard combination, but I've forgotten it and Google doesn't find anything useful with my search words.

default is the right ALT key. Hold down this key and you should be able to move the mouse out of the VPC window.

Push Ctrl+Alt-Delete at the same time. When the next window comes up you can choose to end a process.
