I too have these symptoms and had a doctor say the same thing. I didn't take his word for it/ Pain is always the body's way of letting you know something is wrong. I was diagnosed with a condition called cardiac apnea. It is a temporary absence of respirations. My doctor put me on a machine call the c-pap. you wear this mask on your face at night, and this machine will prevent the temporary loss of breathing and get rid of the chest pain as well. However, you need to see another doctor. You have some serious sounding symptoms. Painful urination and back pain may not even be related to the other symptoms you have. You could have a bladder infection or worse, kidney stones which would cause the back pain. This is where a Urologist would come in. If anyone would know what is wrong, the Urologist will know. But please, don't listen to just one doctor. Seek out help from others who know what to do for you. I sure hope you feel better. by the way, my dad suffered terrible with kidney stones, we use to hear him in the night moaning from the pain because he refuse to see a doctor. when he finally did, it was so bad, his kidney was removed because there were so many stones. I don't want to scare you, just warn you...don't let this wait. God bless. By the way, you don't have to be overwieght for apnea. I am 5'6" and weigh 138 lbs.

Are you overweight? Are you pregnant? Are you on medication? Have you seen a physician? Until some of those questions are answered it is hard to answer your question. However, I strongly recommend you do not dismiss this condition. In the meantime you need to elevate your pillow or add another pillow and keep your head up. Weight could be a factor in this, I know that from personal experience.

well did he check your heart.....did he do a MRI of that area of your body? you have an yeast infection or infection in your bladder and kidneys. With the back pain you could have a ruptured Disc causing a pinch nerve causing the back pain....get a urine test done and get an MRI done of your back, neck, and chest. you may need to see a specialist. get another opinion.

If the doctor found nothing physically wrong, you may want to see a psychiatrist. No, you aren't crazy, but a psychiatrist can diagnose a panic disorder and help you treat it.
