Hey guys, I'm 17 years old and a male. (I weight 150 lbs. but it fluctuates to as much as 154.5) I generally work out at a gym using the exercise bike for 25 minutes before working on weights (basically strenght training) for basically an hour and 15 minutes. I've lost 30 pounds doing this rountine and my diet consisted of a 6" chicken teriyaki sandwich and a cup or two of skim milk. Sometimes I would have a light breakfast, but was about it. Should I start eating more? According to this website, I need about 3300 calories a day! This means that I might be starving myself, what do you guys think?
(I've been thinking about getting a footlong steak and cheese everytime I hit the Subway, nutritional facts can be looked up on their website.)
Is my calorie/fat intake normal for my age/activity level?

Your weight sounds perfectly normal for your age, assuming you are between 5.5-6 feet tall, so don't strive to lose any more.

Yes, you should be eating in the 3300-3500 calorie range every day. One chicken sandwich and milk probably is not enough for you! At your age, it is probably more important to think about WHAT you are eating, though, rather than HOW MUCH. You need to be eating fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and more dairy products as well.

Your body is probably in a sort of starvation mode at this point, if you have been doing this for a while, and this is very dangerous if you are working out a lot. Your body will start to break down its own muscle and bones out of desperation for nutrition, and your health will deteriorate.
