Hi Coco- Ive used Clearasil for this problem as I find it a bit harsh for my face, but works great on other areas. Also the Body Shop used to do a grey clay thing, had pumice in or something (this is going back a few years tho!) perhaps speak to them and see if they still do it as again, it worked a treat. Hope this helps, let me know if youd like more ifno as its a case of been there done that for me! :O) xx

Have you tried Tens Machine .Or a heat pad .Both are good for back ache.
