The egg is fertilized within minutes after the sperm reaches it but then the fertilized egg must travel back down the fallopian tube into the uterus and attach the the uterine wall. This process takes 6-12 days after the egg is fertilized. When it attaches it is called implantation.

It takes the sperm about 15 minutes to get to the egg, once the sperm penetrates the egg, fertilization occurs and the cell divides in two then four and so on as it travels into the uterus and i think that journey takes up to three days.

Depends on what you mean.
Some people believe that pregnancy begins when the egg becomes fertilized. This can take up to about 24 hours.
Some people believe pregnancy begins at implantation. This can take up to 5-7 days, which is why the morning after pill and IUDs can work as emergency contraception after unprotected sex.
Medicallly pregnancy "begins" at the end of your last period, about 2 weeks before sperm meets egg.
