one of the hard things about acne is that there's so many products to try. i've probably tried like 20 different products, until i settled on a product called beautiful skin. it's a whole regimen that, in my opinion, works better than proactiv.

Research has shown that there's a connection between stress and severity of acne. I've noticed that after I finish exams, my acne gets much better. Wash your face every day, but not TOO often, because scrubbing your face too much is bad for your skin and can make your acne worse. Avoid touching your face as much as possible, especially if it's been while since you've washed your hands, and especially if you've been handling stuff that a lot of people have touched (like money, handrailings, phones, keyboards, etc.) Some research suggests there's a connection between consuming a lot dairy products and acne (go to the ). What sort of acne do you have? What does it look like? Do you have whiteheads?

well n e thing from clearisl to rpoactive for moderate and acutaine for evry severe....as a person who has used all...there is no real cure...the best u can do is wash ur face with a cleanser that is mild and its calle cetpahil use a non-comedegenic non irritatin cream each time u wash and excersize and eat right....basicall u can use creams but they work for the surface only...the problems r deep inside ur skin so u have to fix ur inside....sometimes it is easy to get rid of..others u have to let the acne run its course...and yes DO NOT TOUCH ur pimples with ur hands...let them be..hope thi helps
