When you're in PE? As in physical education?

The problem could be sweat. When irritated skin perspires, the action of the sweat glands can make the irritation worse. You could have dandruff or a more severe problem known as sebhorreaic dermatitis.

I have pretty severe dandruff myself and Neutrogena T-gel (extra strength) works for me. When it's not so bad, I just use head and shoulders.
