Haha, maybe.
I'm a Christian, and I don't fear gay marriage whatsoever.
But the far right, they're a little bonkers about that sort of thing.

Buy, yeah, two girlies outdoing the Virgin Mother, I mean...

The Bible does evaluate all sex outdoors of marriage sinful, as well as divorce. Christians are suffering compared continuously. As for the challenge of gay marriage, it isn't a lot that Christians do no longer want gays to be at liberty and in dedicated relationships, that's the phobia of what takes position once you regulate the definition of marriage to contain a vast type of relationships that are considered incorrect (numerous spouses, infant marriages, and so on). yet another difficulty Christians have is, on the grounds that gay acts are especially said as being incorrect (the Bible says God considers it an "abomination"), then by technique of allowing gay marriage we are giving sanction to sinful habit. it would want to be like the Church condoning stealing or thinking idol worship ideal.

I am a Christian and I have no problem with gay marriage. Biologically, however, miracle births seem painful and impossible(as long as two men are involved). Two women, that miracle birth might seem more realistic.

I hope you don't think that straight, Christians or any other organization is in fear of gay people. I personally could care less what gay people do. I recognize the fact that you're just people living a different lifestyle. But I've notice that gays like to play up their life style as though it's something GRANDIOSE! Hey I'm straight, I'm proud of it. What you as gay people do with your lives as far as I'm concerned I do not feel threatened by it. I don't sit in judgment of it. Because 1st of all, it's none of my business what you do in the privacy of your bedroom. Just like it none of your business what I do in the privacy of mine. I think if all the straights would mind their business and if all the gays would stop flashing their lifestyles in our faces, we probably would be able to get along better among ourselves. Personally, I'm tired of the straights against the gays, the whites against the blacks, it's just all bullsh!t! And I've had my fill!

I understand that you're not being serious when you ask this, but not all Christians are homophobic.

They are defintely some that strongly dislike homosexuals. I've even seen people with signs that say, "God hates fags".

They only make up a small minority of them though and that's important to remember.

Gay people (homosexuals) contravene the holy law of creation. They contravene the holy biblical law of their Creator God that says that humans as living creatures shall go into the world and populate it thru the sexual union of male and female, of man and wife.

Gay people contravene the good law of decency the moment they entertain in their perverted disgusting sexual acts as for instance in mating from behind.

Gay people as much as other sexual perverts miss in their faces the warm and fresh glow of physically healthy life.

In this part of the World it is not yet unlawful to be gay, and it seems that gays have all their freedom to practice their perversion among themselves. Yet, to be fair to others, to the non-gays, gays should not force their perversion upon others and should not force others to accept their perversion and their unions by law, neither religious nor civil.

The basic idea or design of Nature, or of for instance the biblical Creator God, was and is that man and woman should copulate in love in order to bring about new life. Therefore man and woman engage in marriage for the good care of their off-spring and are acknowledged and blessed formally by their community for the good and fair order of their society. The union of man and woman is at the basis of the human society, the union of male and female is at the basis of predominant life, even hermaphrodites are essentially of either one kind or the other the moment they are going to get off-spring; even clones have had their origin by the grace and love of what is male and female.

Therefore gays should try to become tolerant and try to learn a life-friendly attitude and accept that the legal and religious concept of marriage is about the union of a male and a female person in order to form a family. Other forms of union between people should be called something else, and enjoy other distinctive regulations, and if they want a blessing, that blessing should not be the same as that which is reserved to the sacrament of marriage between man and woman. No?

Christians don't FEAR homosexual marriages, WE'RE APPALLED BY IT. God DESTROYED an entire region because of such evilness. Rom 1:27-32
"27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman , burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
31 Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:
32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them."
Did you understand what GOD HIMSELF says about this discusting way of life? He didn't say that they are LIKE these things. HE SAID THEY ARE FILLED WITH THESE THINGS and are WORTHY OF DEATH!!! Don't understand the words? Get a dictionary.
We hate the ACT not the people. We're worried about the people and even more worried about the others that they intend to drag down to HELL with them. And did you notice the very last part of verse 32? He not only condemns the DOERS of the inexcusable act, but those who support their cause as well. 2 Peter 3:9
"The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish , but that all should come to repentance."

If I were YOU, I would FEAR mocking GOD and the birth of HIS SON!!!! He died for your sins, no matter how VILE you are!!!!

I believe Christins are against Gay Marriage because they believe it hurts the gay people.

Christians believe that everyone is born with an eternal soul that lives forever. Your soul will either end up in heaven with God for an eternity of joy, or in Hell in eternal torment.

If you had the cure for cancer - and all you had to do is to get someone to say they wanted it, wouldn't you try to get them to take it? Christians don't believe they have the cure for cancer - but for DEATH ITSELF!. All they want to do is to share it with others.

Some people claiming to be Christians yell, scream, and harass people they don't agree with. This is not Christian behaviour. Each and every one of us is a sinner. One is better than any other, so we are not to stand in judgement of one another, but to love one another.

And by opposing gay marriage, Christians hope to discourage people from doing something we believe will hurt the eternal souls of those people involved.

I neither fear nor hate it. My best friend is gay and if he finds a partner he loves and wants to spend his life with, fine. If they want to be legally bonded to eachother... great! But to me, for someone to make a vow to God to do something He said He doesnt approve of, is just simply being rebellious to Him. I dont hate gays or homosexuality any more than I hate people who have sex outside of marriage and that includes almost everyone including mysef, but I wouldnt be so rebellious as to make a vow before God to do something I know He doesnt approve of.

No. I think they fear it for the same reasons that all black people like fried chicken and Brits have lousy teeth you idiot. Don't categorize people like that. That's exactly what "they" are doing and it's what you hate about them. They think all gays are cross-dressers and child molesters. If you think that everyone who has faith thinks and acts the same way, you're no better than them. Think about it.

They don't "fear" gay marriage; it's because they know it's illegal in God's eyes. God didn't design the human body for that behavior. It's an abuse of the human body. Just because you "can" do something doesn't mean you "should".
