how can i feel not as full and actually able to run?

I don't recommend vomiting ever, but it sounds like you'll be there shortly mid-way through practice. Use your head next time. Eat a lighter lunch before and a snack after practice.

why did you eat so much 15 minutes before practice? All you can do now is sit on the toilet for the next half hour or so and hope for something to come out. Now you know next time not to eat as much.

u are not goin to be able to play long b//c i had basketball practice and i did that and all went bad
