i personally don't like the 2 in ones! when i did use a 2-1 shampoo i had to go over my hair still with a conditioner. Just doesn't work for my thick hair!

I prefer to use them separate myself. Some people like the 2-in-1 they don't want to have 2 bottles setting on their counters.
When I used it my hair did not have the softness it did when I would shampoo and condition after wards..
The gal that said use Pert, it may would for your hair, but not everyone can use it. I tried them all and still had to buy a conditioner.
Now I use Avon's Shampoos and Conditioners and have had no trouble with handling my hair or styling it and it is shoulder length..

I never understood why you need both a shampoo and a conditioner. I use Pert and am very happy with what it does. Try it out.
