well we have ben going out sens 2006 so we desided to go out no or firs date by ourselfs and im in carge of chosing the place we eat .

choose something simple and not too cheap and make sure she will like it too, than maybe take her some where to walk or talk like a coffee shop or a quiet place.

If money's a problem, you could cook for her. It doesn't have to be fancy, just something you know how to do like spaghetti, salad, and garlic bread, or steak, a baked potato and salad. You can also order pre-made gourmet meals off the internet. Have the table set nicely with a pretty table cloth, nice dishes, flowers, wine if you're old enough. Put a single red rose on her plate. If you're creative you could write a poem and print it nicely on a pretty sheet of paper. Then you could do something fun like ice skating or bowling, or go see a movie, or you could just sit by the fire, if one's available and talk or kiss, or whatever.
You could also go on a nice walk if the weather's nice and pack a pic-nic. Walk in a pretty place, like a state park or on a trail by a river, or somewhere nice. You may even have to go on a little drive to get to the nice place to walk. This is better for a daytime date.
If you want it to be nice and fancy and formal, find the nicest restaurant in town, (not Applebee's, or Bojangles, or the Western Sizzlin'), find a nice local restauarant with atmosphere and an actual chef that serves multiple courses, something like that, sometimes there will be a string quartet and a dance floor at these restaurants, you can dance after you eat. In some places they have dinner theaters where you get a show with your meal.
I don't know your age, but if you're a teenager, or a college student and you do one of these things, she'll probably be wrapped around your finger after that. Be sure to give her the head up about what you might be doing before the date so she will know how to dress. You don't have to tell her where you're going or what you're doing just tell her dressy casual or dressy or casual, wear tennis shoes depending on what you do.

take her out to a restaurant with a dance place, u can rent a hotel room and order room service for her and if u two happen to be in a mood to make love just do it. take her out see a movie and spend some quality times together.
