So many people try to push there non educated self made reason on this question. Most people who claim to believe in the same category of God have made up their own. To really know that God exists you need to study how the universe came into existence. The "Big Bang" theory says that the universe was created sometime between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago from a cosmic explosion that hurled matter and in all directions. Where did the matter come from? What was first? In the study of the Universe, scientists today have discovered that the Universe is finite... i.e. is not eternal, nor infinite. It had a beginning and it has an end. Our constitution says that we are all created equal. Created! Tonight, when you are alone, go outside and look at the deep vastness of space and ask that same question... does God exist? Don't let anyone fill you with their self-made reasoning because according to most people you will find that they hold all truth and all knowledge. But in the whole Universe there can only be one truth... and it is up to us all to find it. People say that science is proof. Well it is... for the next year or so... until something else comes along to disprove it, then that is the truth... for a while. It is a never ending cycle of truth seeking. But if everyone in the world would take the focus off of themselves and their own vain "knowledge" and just stand in awe of the creation of God... the answer would be right there staring everyone in the face. But most are too self absorbed to believe in anything higher than themselves... or money... or clothes... etc... These things pass away... rot. But what makes you ... you! Your hair... your eyes... your brain... Science tells use that everything is made (everything in the universe) by at least the same "digital" code. Also that it is impossible to destroy energy. We are made up of energy. Does that mean we can't be destroyed? Or what is inside of us? So what makes you ... you?
Seek and you will find, Ask and it will be given to you, knock and the door will be opened. Don't follow your own intellect or National Geographic crap that will be obsolete in 10 years. Follow the spirit that is inside you... and you will see.

Nobody can prove any gods, much less a specific god, exist; many people will tell you their god exists but no others, but will never be able to prove it, even if they think so. Some will threaten you with eternal pain or promise eternal joy to get you to believe in their god; these are all stories, created for people who were scared long before we understood the universe. Now we have no more reason for these superstitions.

God exists in the same way that "Yes Virginia, there is a Santa Claus" would explain it.
"God" exists when you see puppies and sunsets :) But is there an Invisible Sky Daddy watching over you and creating Super Happy Funland when you die? As much as there is a jolly fatman giving presents to good girls and boys.

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!
Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!
Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?
My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:
Do you know how to play safe?
Your point:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...
Believer's point:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...
Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

Given the total lack of credible evidence I would say there is insufficient reason to claim that any god exists.
