I believe that you drink one for each meal, but only for 2 meals a day and you eat one healthy meal a day.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

NONE! Slimfast is FULL of sugar and garbage... You wont loose weight drinking slimfast, but should drink water and take vitamins for a day or 2 and detoxify your body... drink some fruit smoothies... or eat fruit... or veggies... or go on a wholegrain cereal diet.. like multi grain cheerios w/ skim milk or soy milk and there are always diet pills .. :-)

when you buy them, on the box it will tell you; it depends on your weight and things like that. i did it (only for like a week or two last year) and i was already in the "healthiest" weight class so they had me substitute one meal with the shake, then have a shake with a half meal (like half a sandwich and some fruit or a 100 cal pack) and then one healthy regular meal. however i wouldn't do this long term because I thought about doing another two week stint with it when i was staying home with my parents over the summer and my dad, who is a personal trainer, warned me that the slimfast drinks are horrible for either the liver or kidneys, i don't remember which.

Breakfast and lunch are slim fast and then dinner is a sensible meal. I belive you are allow 2 small snacks as well - peice of fruit or a slimfast snack bar. The can should say for sure.

You're supposed to have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch with an additional 200 calories, a sensible dinner and 2-4 snacks depending on your weight.

Replace 2 meals...eat one sensible dinner before 3..never works..when you go back to eating the same...you'll get bigger...so why not invest in those power drinks....like everyone else..get off your..and excercise...throw on your fav music dance...bike ..run...walk the dog. Go fly a kite.

3 but you need to eat. Eat vegtables, fish, chicken but several times a day. Don't depend on just the shakes.

A normal healthy well balanced lunch
A shake for dinner
But can snack all day on raw veg and fruit, as much as you like!
