Exercise increases blood circulation, everywhere, including your scalp. More blood flow means better supply of nutrition (to the cells), which means better health, and yes, better hair.

cells determine your hair color and the health (which also depends how well u take care of it) of your hair and things like that...excercising increases blood flow and blood is what keeps cells functioning properly
