There is a program called Alcohol 120% which may be a little sophisticated for you if you are not familiar with burning programs, but there are many programs that can do this....Nero6 or Nero7 in know can. If you are saying like an ISO...then magic iso.....
But if you are saying an actual .img file which is an image, then windows integrated burning program can do it, or if that doesnt work, then NERO6 and NERO7, alcohol120% they all can do this.

I think that nero burning rom or any variant of nero can help you. Simply install it and double click on the .img file and burn up your disc! Bye
