It's good that you filed the report. I would not have told him, however, but since you did, please don't have any further contact with him. Call an attorney, and set up an appointment. The first session is almost always free. Then decide whether or not there is anything they can do for you that the court cannot. And please, please get your little sister some kind of counseling, and it might be a good idea for you to get some too. This is a traumatic experience for you two. All the best.

I don't know what all you can do other than let the police handle it and press your charges except for get a restraining order and also, make sure that the judge get's a no contact order placed on him as well. So sorry about your situation, why didn't your sister tell you this sooner? Good luck!

You have done the right thing and taking the right steps to taking care of the problem. You might want to talk to a lawyer to make sure you are doing everything in your power to get him convicted of the crime. Also talk with your sister and let her know that you didn't know and you are very sorry. I think you may have to earn her trust back because she may think you knew but wouldn't do anything about it. Also look into getting her some help so that she can resolve this issue properly.

Talk to an attorney, and keep an open channel to talk to a special agent at the police department. By all means, do not engage in any conversation with the perp. You may have to change your phone numbers, but it will be worth it.

If he is still contacting the family, yourself or your sister, tell the police officer dealing immediately and he should be arrested and bail refused. There is also the possibility of an 'injunction' to keep him away from your and her street, school etc.
No matter what problems arise, persist as too many such evil pedophiles get away with it as the problems increase. Look after your little sister and keep telling her it was not her fault. Take care...............

Pressing charges is good. Now make sure the ****** gets arrested ad does time! You should get an attorney because you want to make sure that you use everything you've got to make him pay. He is sick and he HAS to pay for what he has done!
Me personally...i would of gotten some brothers and Cousins and he would of been beat done and after that...we would proceed with the legal actions!

You did the right thing in pressing charges. Just let it be taken care of by the authorities. Most importantly, be there for your little sister. She is going to need you desperately during this time.

You're on the right track. Just stick with it.
All I want to know is? Why did you not notice it sooner. I mean if you two 'have been together for almost half a decade. You should notice little things.
I'm just sayin'
