If you are currently on a low calorie diet, what do you eat on a daily basis?

broiled fish, broiled chicken, vegetables, salad with dressing on the side, low-fat yogurt, healthy cereal. I read the label for calories per portion and fat content. sometimes I use a meal replacement.

Calorie counting sucks. Eat 6 meals a day, all the veggies you want, and chicken, fish, and eggs.
