I've heard that if you eat yogart in between meals as a snack and when your hungry, it will help you loose weight. This one guy swears by it and claims he's lost weight because the yogart gets rid of the bad fat in your body after you eat a regular meal. Can any one vouch for this & say this is true?

haha, not if you're eating mac n cheeze for every meal...

Yogurt is very good for you. Lots of dairy protein, dietary fiber, and very healthy bacterial cultures which interact well with other natural bacterias in your body.

But you've still gotta make sure that the REST of the stuff you're putting in your mouth is good for you. Eating a chocolate bar and then yogurt with the expectation that they yogurt will flush out the bad is a bit naive.

Look for natural yogurts (I like Stoneyfield and Dannon myself) with minimal flavoring (plain or vanilla). Lo-fat and non-fat of course. Check the ingredients list. If there's more than five ingredients, there's more crap in there than good yogurt (especially avoid the fruity and flavored kind--try adding real fruit to it instead and you'll get good yogurt and good fruit--two for one good-for-ya punch!).

Happy yogurting!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I would think as long as it's low or no fat and you eat it instead of unhealthy snacks it would help.
