It is good to mix up your work out. if you keep using the same method for working out your body gets tired of doing the same thing over and over. i like to use pilate vidoes, ab workouts, jogging, different running things and sprint groups. push ups are good too. just use anything you like to do and mix it up to keep yourself interested in your workout.

I'm doing different types of cardio (X-bike, steps but with a ball, aerobis, kickboxing, and zumba more or less like dancing0) I'm also run and do weight if I miss a classes cause of the time. Although I haven't loss that much weight like before cause I'm not doing any diet I'm toning and feel healthier.

Not daily but 4 times a week. Anything from weights, bootcamp, running yoga, boxing. I want to try MMA

I walk for about an hour to and hour and a half every day, and sometimes I do a pilates video. I feel good and healthy, so i guess it is pretty successful

30 minutes cardio, bike or rower, then a few weights. Waiting tables helps too.
