I take and suggest all natural CoQHeart and OmegaGuard.

CoQHeart - Coenzyme Q10 supports energy production in your cells. Studies show that as we age we have less and less of it in our body. It's in softgel form which the body more readily accepts over powders. It also contains the antioxidant resveratrol.

OmegaGuard - Provides a full spectrum of seven natural omega 3 fatty acids -- EPA, DHA, ALA and more for cardiovascular health. It also uses low temperature, triple molecular distallation and purification process that concentrates natural beneficial omega 3 fatty acids and helps remove harmful contaminants including heavy metals lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, dioxins and PCBs.

Hope this is helpful and feel free to contact me with questions or if interested in the website.

The best item on the planet for heart health and people with high blood pressure is Heart Miracle 2000. This is a "whole food" multi-vitamin in liquid form.

What many people do not understand is that synthetic nutrients are not absorbed into the body the same as organic nutrients. Many of the synthetics are flushed through our systems while the organics are absorbed more fully.

After you have obtained a "whole food” vitamin purchase an organic potassium asporotate in a capsule form. Many of our health issues and weight gain is realized by low potassium consumption. You can never have enough potassium.

Typically our diets are very "sodium" based so we need to consume 3 times the amount of sodium in potassium in order for our body to flush out the effects of the sodium.

the best pricing I have found seems to be at the following two websites. For individuals that do not have any health issues but are just looking to maintain that "healthy" state can use "More Than A Multiple" or for people with allergies "Life Essence".

I have included links.

99 percent of the current health issues society experiences are related to poor nutrition. One must remember that the Pharmaceutical companies are NOT interested in a healthy society. If we all were healthy then they would not make as much money.

The best protection for the heart is probably a healthy balanced diet with plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit..and protein 2 or 3 times a week. 30minutes of physical cardio-vascular each day. Supplements are good if your diet is poor but if your eating well, their effect is negligible. However, western diets are notoriously low in essential fatty acids and high in saturated fats.. so it is good to include a fish oil omega 3 and 6 with high EPA and DHA An alternative is Flax seed oil. Vitamin E is has been long associated with heart health as has Garlic (best taken natural). Look for a high acillin content if taking garlic capsules. Vitamin C if you don't like fruit is a powerful anti-oxidant that will blast free radical in your system. There are so many 'new' supplements with supposed benefits that if we took them all..we'd rattle. Don't forget to laugh a lot each day, cherish your friends and family and live life to the full..this will be just as effective in the long run as any heart tonic!!

This site has some good info on alternatives, vitmains & supplements.I read EFA's are very good (essential fatty acids) eg fish oils are given compulsory to heart disease patinets on NHS. But a better source of EFA is Flaxeed Oil which has Omega 3 & 6 (as fish only has 3).
Please type in relevant condition for results.
