Natural law, for example natural law would be a 14 year old boy having sex drive and wanting to mate with a female, human law however says no this is not right. Yet the 14 year old can't resist and has sex anyway.

Think of natural law as how the animals may behave, we WOULD do the same if it were not for human laws (including religion)

I can resist anything but temptation.

Man made laws, we must abide with, or face consequences. The sins of the heart, one can hide, or not own up to or face the consequences of those actions for years to come.

Human laws are man made. Natural laws are made by nature (tornadoes, tidal waves, death, etc...)

We may be able to survive refraining from stealing our neighbor's television, but we are generally incapable of refraining from sex.
