I live in Atlanta and I hate the cold. I still get cold all the time. My BF keeps his thermostat on 63 and I'm miserable! I get to his house and jump right into bed and turn on the electric blanket. I think he does it on purpose.

One of the symptoms of underactive thyroid gland is being cold when nobody else is. Low thyroid symptoms also include a puffy face, maybe not as sharp mentally as you should be, and when mine gets low, I get hoarse; some mornings it sounds like I'm barking words. So I find a doctor and ask them to do a thyroid test and sure enough it's low.

yes, I get cold all the time, but I think its a woman thing. Almost every single man I know has higher body temperature, and they're almost always never cold.
